I haven’t noticed it helping much but the first few days it seemed to make me worse. I then made sure to add the Kapp Arrest to pull out what this is killing. It seems that I’m dealing with similar ammonia issues - or at least I’ve strongly suspected as much. For the better part of six months, now - I’ve intermittently investigated ways to lessen/eliminate my ammonia burden. Is it a soreness or a shooting pain or a constant pain? Could it be a reaction to some of your Hep C meds? ... ... Most tension headaches are actually caused by tight scalp muscles, that can also cause touch sensitivity on the scalp. We get our N from the amine group in amino acids which turns into ammonia before more steps then eventually urea that gets peed out. Can limit protein intake for a few days if still have to wait for test+ take ornithine/citrulline/arginine for the urea cycle. [End]

Can sympathize with the frustration of losing your youth, I’m male in early 20’s as well - ’invisible illnesses’ very difficult to keep your head above water. My only advice would be to say that you will probably have to try to treat all or atleast most the issues at once. AF won’t ever get better if you have candida, candida won’t get better if you have heavy metals, heavy metals can’t be chelated unless your adrenals are stronger etc. it goes round and round. The brain fog might be due to aldehydes from candida and other sources. Taking 500 to 1,000 mcg a day of molybdenum should help relieve this. It might also be from a magnesium deficiency. Try taking around 400 mg a day of magnesium in the form magnesium malate. This will also help relieve muscle ache. I used to have brainfog and it was cured through an orthomolecular protocol -- i.e. vitamins. That said, I don’t recommend that route. For a quick cure I recommend a brain glandular from drrons.com. For a more involved cure, e-mail me. Your ability to do it may depend on how much money you have. That said, I am not trying to solicit anyone or sell anything. Just trying to help. Brainfog can be the most depressing and disturbing symptom of Lyme. The absolute best treatment for brainfog that I found is LDN (Low Dose Naltraxone). I have repeated this experiment several times with my wife and I going on and off LDN. In all cases, brainfog cleared up after 1-2 days. [End]

I’ve also been using Alpha GPC for quite some time now too. From the research I have conducted on Piracetam, Alpha GPC has been stated to be synergistic with any of the Racetams (This includes Piracetam, Aniracetam, and Pramiracetam.
