It IS a weird question. Bile doesn’t get ”blocked”, unless you have a blockage in your colon. Wow, all this time I thought some vegans get better when eating meat because meat is more calorie-dense, but the whole time it was because meat is just more lifeforce-dense. What a coincidence. ... ... Look dear, when you come back down from the cosmic clouds, the reason people hate me is I don’t coddle and enable people, I give true support by advocating what I believe is the ways to true healing and not bandaiding and some people just can’t fess up to the truth about why they got sick or why they are not getting better. ... ... You profess unproven fad diets with no factual scientific evidence of benefit, and never helped anyone on this forum. You’re hated more for your arrogance and lack of knowledge & real life experience with candidiasis and chronic fungal infections brought on by overuse of antibiotics and mercury poisoning, which throw off the balance of intestinal flora. It is real. You keep insisting that people are landing on this forum because of diet and it’s not true. This isn’t an obesity forum and you’re so closed minded that you shut everyone down. I agree with this poster’s sentiments entirely. I feel everyone offering any dietary advice should be allowed to post what they want and we, as thinking individuals, though some with brain fog, will be able to decide for themselves what is their best route toward full healing. ... ... Actually I also totally agree with the substance of what she says about eating fruit in the day. I have been here not so long, took part in a long discussion about ex-vegans and posted this thread and these couple days was already enough to be fed up with the comments of the ”calorie-savvy” stinky-fruit-rider with severe phosphatidylcholine deficiency in the grey matter. ”Tracking” is a big word for looking at two threads and seeing how much hostility this nut breeds here. Glad to see some discussion about ayurveda, I was just at an ayurvedic doctor today and I learned a lot of new things. I’m glad you are feeling better and that you have found something that works for you. As you said, I think the one meal thing is working for you due to your constitution, that would never work for me, being a vata-pitta type. Regarding the energetic value of meat, there are many considerations, it is by far the most nourishing food and will help to eliminate weakness more than any other food but there are detrimental effects from meat too. I actually picked up the Warrior diet book at the store the other day and it resonated with me. Now I’m not into preaching but only speak from experience and observation. I too have found that since i was a kid, that i could not tolerate any food till late afternoon. And because of all the rhetoric out there would force myself to try breakfast and then felt like crap and feel it actually contributed to my hypoglycemia. Maybe due to my sluggish digestive system and metabolic type, I could not tolerate any food till it was all gone (evident by the fact I would wake up every morning all blo ...   [retrieve this message]

saywhatagain, ... ... I agree that Ayurveda certainly needs some upgrade. The only references that modern Ayurveda relies on are seriously old. It’s certainly good to keep up the tradition and it’s great that we can learn about the philosophical basics of it, but it surely does need re-adjusting and upgrading on a constant basis. Regarding each of the doshas it depends what side of the dosha we emanate. Vata dosha is the most spiritual dosha, generally has a high vibration so a lot of good comes from it and without vata there would be no spirituality period. I subscribe to Sri Yukteswar’s interpretation of the yugas he says that we have already come out of kali yuga and have transitioned into dvapara yuga, this seems correct if you look at all the progress with electricity and technology in the last 100 years, this is all very dvapara-like energy, to me it seems pretty obvious that kali yuga is over. This is a question I haven’t seen anyone ask anywhere I research so I was hoping anyone could help me with this. While doing a parasite cleanse how do I cope with the side effects (nausea, headaches, stomach pain, muscle pain) during the cleanse and still be able to go to work at my job? I have to work. What are your experiences with this? Thank you for your feedback!   [End]
