Well what is the reason people take DMSA? If someone has yet to do a hair test it is dangerous to start taking things like that randomly. No difference, I made an experiment once and the capsule dissolved within 2-3 minutes - and I only tried with water, not even the string acid found in the stomach. There are capsules that resist the acid to get stuff ”deeper” into the digestive tract, but those are not the ones used for DMSA I think - I opened a lot of DMSA capsules myself to get smaller quantities. I would not go so far as to measure those small amounts, you can easily see if you take out half or a quarter of it the capsules are transparent after all. Erring by a few mg would not worry me at all.   [End]
