I have been having the same symptoms as both of you for quite awhile now. Just when I think I am turning the corner, I get a wave of new, but similar symptoms. If you share your home and live with an animal, especially a filthy dog that pukes, shits, pisses all over the place and eats anything you will pick up parasites. I guess any white carbs but on here they do say to stay away from all gluten, starch and sugar. The parasites supposedly love these foods, hence why we crave them. Your body is highly acidic. I would recommend an alkaline diet and plenty of juicing along with a good colon cleanse with bentonite and pysllium. You will have some negative reactions at first and may even get sick but that will be a healing reaction as the acids and toxins exit the body. My wife has very similar issues and has tried so many different therapies meds etc. Now she told me she found a spray (all natural) that has really helped her neck and other areas of her body that are subject to inflammation and pain. I have the bottle here, it’s called NATEUCA don’t ask me to pronounce it. I just googled it to and there seems to be a lot of positive emails and talk from other people. Humm. Hello, ... It seems like when you turn your head and yawn; your esophagus gets shifted a bit. This puts pressure on it and constricts it. The esophagus does have some range of movement laterally in your neck, so this isn’t really too serious of a problem. If you can manually pop it back into place than that is good. Maybe if you can go a while without this happening, more connective tissue will form to hold your esophagus into place better. ... Hope this help you! ... ... ... _____________________ ... Primary headaches - those that are not the result of disease - include tension, cervi cogenic, and migraine, and this category accounts for 95 percent of headaches. About 10 years ago I found I had been exposed to black mold over a long period of time. This explained why I was sick, started having daily migraines and during the same time started being allergic to everything--mostly foods and smells. I was put on Zomig (a tryptan and migraine pain relief) by a neurologist. It really helped relieve the pain, but since I have used so much for so long, my Chiropractor has suggested I have seratonin syndrome--in other words I am hooked on this drug and can’t go without it. Besides now I have other symptoms too! Not only that but it is actually causing ...

Try to check heavy metal toxicity...some of the people here with AF/Hypothyroidism got it from heavy metal. Not all though, it’s better to check, esp. since you have TMJ. The frequent urination means that your aldosterone levels are very low. Add more sea salt to your diet. With regard to increasing your morning cortisol, I am having great success with licorice root powder( you can buy it from amazon). two or three teaspoons in the morning with with milk, raw if you can find it. Sounds like it might be a deficiency of minerals(magnesium, zinc, selenium, calcium or copper) or it might be a vitamin B12 deficiency. If you are taking B vitamins, don’t take them at night.
