MSM is well known to be an excellent treatment for Aches and Pains of the joints. Taken orally or applied topically it works wonders. Simply add MSM to aloe vera Gel to create a great lotion - 3 TBS aloe ~ 36 grams to 8 OZ of ALOE will give you a 15% concentration. The aloe will allow you to dissolve more MSM than noted. You can easily double it for high potency blend of 30%. ... ... This is readily absorbed - MSM is the Rodney Dangerfield of treatment - it does all the work and Glucosamine (which costs almost double MSM) gets all the credit. if a store bought blend like XXXX is working for you ...

My periods have been very light or non existent since the Mirena inserstion. This last cycle, my whole body became sore, even my breasts, and I found it very hard to get comfortable to fall asleep. ...

Hello, ... It seems like when you turn your head and yawn; your esophagus gets shifted a bit. This puts pressure on it and constricts it. The esophagus does have some range of movement laterally in your neck, so this isn’t really too serious of a problem. If you can manually pop it back into place than that is good. Maybe if you can go a while without this happening, more connective tissue will form to hold your esophagus into place better. ... Hope this help you! ... ... ... _____________________ ... A lack of magnesium will cause muscle contractions and spasms. When those spasms affect the heart its called a heart attack. Doctors appears to be oblivious to dangers of low magnesium and are incredibly ignorant about nutrition. Blood tests show no magnesium deficiency because modern medicine only checks the blood and disregards the fact only 1% of the magnesium is in the blood, the rest in in the cells and the body pulls it out if blood gets low. Its almost like they are total ignorant about nutrition, which they are. [End]

Hi, Steve, ... ... Thanks for your reply. I haven’t had any emotional traumatic events in the past. Just the excess of stress. It’s interesting that you’d suggest EFT because another person also suggested EFT too. My plan is to see a neurologist and if he/she can’t find anything wrong with me, I plan to see a stress counselor. I think a stress counselor also provides EFT so it’s something I can look into. To see if you can reduce your stress level right away you can use the chart on my site. Think of one issue that is really stressing you out right now. Rate it 1-10, 10 being the most stress. Think about the issue as you tap the EFT points and notice your breathing may change, sighs or yawns mean you are releasing the stress. Do this for at least 5-10 min and then check your stress level again. It should be at least a 1-5 points lower. If it is then you know EFT is working for you. Continue the process until you are at zero for that issue. There may be more than one thing stressing you out ...

Hi there it seems like the best thing u can do is eat well with loads of fruit and veg drink plenty of liquids and exercise. An MRI will show the structure of the brain not the chemistry. The best would be to have an hmpao spect blood flow scan as this will show how the brain is working.i have been exactly what you have been through but mine is a more serious condition. The best answer is an MRI and a hmpao spect but you might have to pay for one of them. These are the best ways or you will be going round in circles forever [End]

Magnesium is a muscle relaxant because it displaces calcium, which contracts muscles. That is not what the purpose of magnesium is with fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is in part a reduction of ATP (adenosine triphosphate) in the muscle cells. Magnesium helps to increase ATP levels. It is generally taken as magnesium malate because the malic acid (malate) is also a precursor for ATP formation. Magnesium malate is sold in health food stores. Recommended dose is 300mg 2 to 3 times daily. ... ... Fibromyalgia has also been linked to low serotonin levels, so supplementation with 5-HTP, a serotonin precu ...

I’ve been having a lot of medical problems, I’ve been to so many different doctors because of them, with no real explanation of why. About a year 1/2 ago, I became really ill with some sort of throat infection. It’s the worst that I ever been. The doc’s prescribed me with a very strong penicillin. I had a severe face rash from that. First time I’ve every had a reaction to medicine. He then put me on other antibiotics. Two more to be exact, plus pain me ...

I have exactly the same experience as you have..with my first mirena i experienced joint swelling and even specialist could not find the cause of the swelling ...done all the blood and fluid test...still could not get any result, done x-rays everything is fine....and at the end ,my doctor just gave up and ask me to stick with the anti-inflammatory tabets and see how it goes...and three doctors coult not come to a conclusion what it is...for me at that time i was not aware that it could be the coil and had time i thought i was pregnant as my stomach was amost about to pop out and had all th ...

The only thing I can tell you is that you are describing all the symptoms I had, I was over six times in the emergency room, I was diagnosed with something different over eight times and took medication like crazy. Have the IUD removed, that is the cause of all your problems. ... Good luck! [End]

thank-you guys. that makes me feel much better. I will make an appt. today to get it removed. Lately everytime I go to the doctor I feel as though I’m making such a big deal about little things, it makes me feel helpless. I even quit complaining about some of my symptoms to my husband because I feel as though I look like some sort of hypochondriac. ... *somewhathopeful [End]

Have mine removed today...very please and they didn’t argue with me and admitted that they already had some report about such side effect complaints but she still insist that it’s right down at the bottom end of possible side effects of Mirena....and she even frightened me that I might be pregnant if this Mirena will be taken out as there will be no protection and eggs could still be siiting somewhere...but I said I don’t give a damn just take this out NOW ...after they took it out I started making conversation why men wont have it and surprisingly both the practitioner and ob-gyn who took ...

I totally understand, until I went on different websites I didn’t know what was going on with my body: discharge, tingling and numbness in both hands and feet, panic attacks, depression, pain during intercourse., need I go on. I am having this thing removed on Tuesday 11/7 and can’t wait. [End]

Hi! ... Please read my prior post: Mirena Symptoms: Immediate and Delayed. Yes, I identify. You reminded me that I too had chest pain, had an ekg...and I was fine. And, My throat. I had tonisilitis/strep so many times I actually got my tonsils out! I can’t believe that both of those also might have been caused from Mirena! Good Luck....I’d have it out right away if I were you. I had mine out Monday! ... [End]

hi, ... just letting you know that I just got it taking out yesterday. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Mentally hopeful that everything will get better. I had a blood test done a few weeks ago, everything was pretty normal apart from having a high iron content. I am due to have another test this week. The doctor said that women usually lose they’re excess iron naturally by mestration. Since I have’nt had one for a while. That explains it. The doctor that took the iud out told me that too much iron in the blood does cause joint pains. The weird thing is I’ve also have been having hi ...

Please help, had mirena inserted 4 years ago, had no problems until about 7 weeks ago, stinging, pain in vulva, feels like swelling in vagina and cervix, told gp’s and asked if it could be iud, they all said no, suggested I have herpes, 4 tests negative, has affected ability to urinate with stinging and burning pain and then just inability to urinate with pain and distention, was in hospital, they sent me to urologist, had urodynamics test, and then cystoscopy all tests negative, then sent me to neurologist, have to have spinal nerve root block on tuesday and they’ve then suggested spinal ...

Hello all. I lift weights often. What is the best recommendation for healing partially torn muscles? Many years ago I was prescribed to use an unbearably painful electric stimulous device at this medieval doctors office. I assume it sped up my healing. Any idea where I can get my hands on one of these? Besides this any other ideas? Thanks. [End]

The bench press destroys the shoulder in most people. The stabilizer muscles are not trained when lifting weights. You need strand pullers for the shoulders. Quit lifting weights and start doing what this guy says. Get muscles you can actually do something with. http://www.mattfurey.com/expander.html [End]

You can buy a Muscle Stimulator off Ebay for very cheap. ... I’d also recomend buying a few tubes of BioFreeze and applying it after a workout, really helps me. [End]
