This topic is VERY closely related to my other OCD topic. I cannot seem to develop and learn muscle memory in many things that I participate in. For example, when I bowl, I cannot repeat shots. Despite being informed that I have a lot of talent, I cannot break through the threshold of being more consistent. Would the pineapples blended with papaya seeds cut it, or are there other raw organic foods that might help? I haven’t gotten them yet, I just want to make sure I get everything that might help me. I put this in the BodyBuilding forum because it has to do with the muscles. :)   [End]

The acetaldehyde (Ach) connection here looms larger with every passing moment. Red blood cells are capable of providing ”catch and release” transport of Ach to all parts of the body. Having a source of Ach (ie. Candida Albicans) in the intestinal mucosa means that Ach is being generated in a region external to the liver where the normal ethanol to Ach to acetate detoxification reaction is performed. The downstream toxic effects of Ach circulating in the bloodstream are horrendous. Its size and shape and electrophilic nature are allowing it to behave just like a heavy metal atom (eg. lead/c ...   [retrieve this message]

Biofilms such as those formed by Candida are almost impregnable fortresses that resist antifungal penetration. Wondro (sulfurated flax oil) that appeared to be quite effective in mopping up the immunosuppressor acetaldehyde emitted by yeast was also used in a more viscous modality called ”Black Ointment” for healing of external sores. You are correct about heating flax seed oil and health benefits. It contains highly volatile unsaturated fatty acids that are broken down by heating and then unsuitable for action in their fatty acid form. Wondro is not a substitute for flax seed oil. Cold-pressed, unheated flax oil should be consumed separately for its health benefits, preferably emulsified with quark to improve its absorption as per the Budwig diet. ... ... The usage of flax oil was rooted in the historical origins of this remedy but any oil with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids would likely work in this regard. It is the double carbon-to-carbon bond (unsaturated) that is the reaction/insertion point for the sulfur -- a form of vulcanization. I think humans are wired for it in a sense. This is really part of the amygdala circuit feeding back in a negative way. Amygdala retraining should be part of the reconditioning for the mind for this condition. it is NLP and mindfulness combined in a way that refashions the amygdala circuit to be more on the positive side than the negative and it allows it to quiet down and only function when necessary as opposed to looping needlessly.   [End]

Life is informational at many levels. Most people only believe that life is physical. Body follow mind. Our choices lead us to disease. I certainly know about anxiety that comes on without any emotional trigger, nothing going on that I should or would be anxious about, it is ”just there”. I can’t seem to get a handle on it when it comes on like that - I think the glucose idea fits really well with what I know about myself and my anxiety attacks. ... ...   [retrieve this message]

I agree with you to a point.  However, when individuals undergo severe emotional trauma, this can also be responsible for the overwhelming surges in adrenaline and cortisol.  It can also serve to zap important nutrients out of the body.  Prolonged unresolved trauma can affect the chemicals in the brain and cause that chemical imbalance that the medical profession uses as an excuse to prescribe antidepressants.  Diet plays an important part and a poor diet can make the symptoms of panic and anxiety much worse.  Unresolved issues are also the cause of deep seated dep ...   [retrieve this message]

I have proof that Pyroluria is definitely Not genetic but rather a very common, multi-resistant INFECTION. You can’t gradually reverse a genetic disorder with natural products but you can reverse Pyroluria. And you can begin to feel the Anxiety (also OCD, Agoraphobia, PTSD, & ADD) subside, stop a Panic attack, & calm the strong urge to drink in about an hour. This is absolutely for real. ... OCD, Phobias & the other mentioned problems are some of many different manifestations of Chronic Anxiety caused by the same basic issue which is Infectious Pyroluria. ... And, if I’ve had deficiencies my entire life, and some new ones from supplementing for pyroluria, why would they go away. Deficiencies don’t go away. So, I think I would still have to supplement the same as I have been. ... ... Aggravating that diet still further with the ”Modern Industrial Diet.” See Weston Price. ... 3. A weakened immune system. ... 4. Thank you so much for that information!!!!!!!! The last time I took niacin I got extremely itchy and red, but when it passed, I felt really great. Try the inositol-hexanicotinate version. I get it from CVS. It’s inositol bonded to 6 molecules of niacin. It enters the bloodstream and slowly breaks off the bond, so you don’t get nearly as much of a histamine release, which is what causes the burning sensation. Also try taking ascorbic acid along with it. Niacin releases histamine, and vit-c destroys it. Taken together they balance out histamine levels. Vitamin-c is also an anti-fungal, antibacterial, and boosts the immune system. All of this helps to get well, as lyme sufferers usually have immunocomporization and resulting co-infectio ...   [retrieve this message]
