I’ve been there! I learned my lesson. When I feel a cold coming on I skip the round. It seems that every time I chelated when I was fighting a mild cold, it got worse while on round. [End]

Leave them alone, but just keep spraying them with Colloidal silver. Do this throughout the day to keep them moist with the CS ... ... I agree, it seems better to leave them alone. They seem to usually break open on their own, but maybe as the above post says, if you keep them moist, maybe they don’t do this? I have a small scar on my upper lip now from not leaving one run its course, and it took the longest to heal compared to other blisters I had at the same time. And I think had I left it be I wouldn’t have gotten those other blisters. But when you have a giant throbbing blister on your mouth I can see how it would make sense to drain it! I believe Colloidal Silver works. However I do believe that stupid virus can be killed off if you internally use Olive Leaf Extract. Since HSV is such a stubborn virus you’ll probably need to use it for a few months in order to completely heal up. I believe you could use a humidifier, viruses have problems in the moist air. Don’t know what you could have stirred up by turning on the heat. Viruses can lay latent, multiplying covertly before launching an assault. On a related note, someone once posted a TED video about bacterial communication. I am just like you. I keep my house warm in the summer and cool in the winter. I don’t think extreme swings in inside and outside temperatures is healthy. I rarely get a cold, but I do get stopped up in rooms that are too warm. I am in a wheelchair and being ill is extra hard. I am wrapped in a cozy throw as I’m typing this. I agree a humidifier is a good idea as long as it is easy to clean so it won’t be a source of mold. [End]

I tend to have the same reaction with Zicam with Vitamin C. Of course the only reason I EVER take Zicam is because I think I have been in contact with someone with a cold. Since I have children I pretty much know when they have a cold and they sneeze in my mouth (accidentally) that I have come in contact. I agree with Silver Fox. Colloidal silver will likely speed recovery but it will not prevent you body from having its own immune response. Regular use of colloidal silver does not result in the body itself having any natural immunity but it may provide immunity itself so long as it is present. I am taking about 20 grams of sodium ascorbate a day, I normally take 6 grams. As expected, I’m sick. I know this attributed to the hexhiemer effect, how long will this last? Ive been sick for about a week now. [End]

I read that vitamin C at high levels strips your body of zinc. Perhaps you should consider researching that. [End]

What is wrong with you, is it just cold or flu or something more serious? ... How are you taking the doses? Maybe you need to even up the does somewhat. It’s amazing how much vitamin C the body can and does utilise. Are you taking the 20 grammes all at once, or egularly through the day? Doesing regularly through the day is best IMO. When Im sick I take 5 grammes at a time every hour, sometimes even more frequently until Im better. Thanks. I’m taking it thoughout the day. I have cold like symptoms; stuffy nose, dry throat, clogged sinuses. I’ll give it a few more days, if I don’t feel better I’ll go back down to my normal 6grams a day. [End]
