      Just a couple of thoughts that might help. ... ... What you consume is important, but just as important is what is in the food and everything you consume. Is it organic? Much of what you buy in the super market is GMO, or pesticide laden foods.         Thanks for the help! I eat very good, all organic and as whole as possible for a long time now. The diet was more an intense 3 month thing to cut out all sugar and starch, etc now im off that but keeping the sugar/gluten/dairy to a min.I’m going to try and start eating more meat as i’ve been vegetarian for a long time as well. ... ...         I haven’t had labs done, but I’ve suspected T4 conversion issues/low T3.       Have sufficient sleep at night atleast 7 hrs every day.I am applying an oil (mixing almond,coconut and til oils)warming it ... and then applying it to scalp with cotton and massage it well, keep it for minimum an hour and have head bath.   [End]

        Stress is one common cause of hair loss, we cannot deny that, though we can say hair loss is quite natural but too much hair loss that lead to balding is not good especially for women. We need to have always a good rest, have a healthy diet and don’t immediately use certain hair product.   [End]

            Thanks for the response, I will let you know my findings. We will get to the bottom of this. I have coverage from a Naturopathic doctor and know I dont have a leaky cut or candida. If you dont know what leaky gut is look it up, it may give some insight on everything. I healed leaky gut as well as candida through supplements and diet. I also have water kefir and sauerkraut.     So....my hair loss is slowing down a bit. It has been a long time. I can feel when it is falling out...I can even reach up and grab the piece(s) that are falling out just by the sensation on the scalp. That is slowing down as well.         Have you ever had your ferritin iron checked? Not Hemoglobin iron but Ferritin. Google low ferritin hair loss. Most doctors don’t bother looking at ferritn or its relation with hair loss, but if it is under 70 you will be losing hair. My hair did not stop falling out and start regrowing until mine had reached 75. Anyways just wanted to let you know what worked for me. Good luck!   [End]

      Sort of.. heavy metals bury themselves deep in the body and do not like to come out unprovoked. Hair analysis is about as good as anything else in my opinion, another option however is a urine challenge test. If your only looking for metals a urine challenge test may be slighly better (that challenge part is important here, one must take a high dose of a heavy metal chelator to try to coax the metals out if they are there), but a hair analysis is useful for a lot of other things like your metabolic rate, electrolytes etc.   [End]

      I’ve been using the 20 Mule Train borax for months now. It takes a little getting used to but works fine. I massage the borax water onto my scalp with my fingertips (firmly but not too hard and vigorously), wash my body, then rinse my hair and body. Works like a charm and it’s so much cheaper than shampoos, plus no chemicals.   [End]

Anyway....I actually took it a step further by mixing apple cider vinegar with the 20 Mule Team Borax, and leaving it on my hair for a good 30 minutes before washing. When done, rinsed with apple cider vinegar and cold water (to close the hair shafts), it was fabulous. No soap, no chemicals...pure clean! You may have to add a pinch of conditioner after you wash....as it may not be as silky as you like it when normally done washing...but, I only used a tad bit...once.       I used this on Hulda Regher Clark’s suggestion way back in the 1990’s. Personally, Mule Team did nothing for my hair. I had to go back to shampoo’s because what happened was the stuff would crumble in my hair and was hard to get out. My hair became extremely tangled, and i had loads and loads of dandruff left in it. I doubt it will even touch your fungal infection.   [End]

    I developed a gluten allergy a few months back and a month after no gluten i noticed my hair starting to thin. I was told by my local vitamin store lady that inositol was suppose to be good for hair loss so i started taking a 650mg pill at night, been doing that for a month and haven’t really noticed a change, am i taking enough of it?       If you have a "gluten allergy" or maybe gluten sensitivity, you may have not been absorbing some nutrients well enough so I doubt that inositol by itself would help, that’s part of the B complex and it’s always advisable to take the entire complex instead of isolating one, or at least add the complex so you won’t cause an imbalance of the rest. ... ...       Hi there, ... I do the ”no poo method”. I just start with a tablespoon of baking soda diluted in about 8 oz of water and cleanse with that. rinse really well.
