      take extra potassium. i think there is some point where, as you get iodinated, you can deplete or sequester in some way the potassium needed in the blood. i have gotten the heart nudges and low level ache in the chest before and a couple of 99mg grocery store potassium supplement pills stops it in minutes. so whatever is happening, more potassium is needed. ... ... i dont know about hbp but potassium mitigates that, too.   [End]

      Thanks for sharing Marie! I am happy to see people who are reacting great to TEI, doing my research on whether this is a good option to switch but very debatable at the moment. ... ... Do you know if she was in four lows though? I am surprised she felt ”amazing” the first three months on ARL as that is near impossible if you are in a four lows pattern... or at least it was in my experience since all levels are SO low?       I wouldn’t worry about a thing, but if this concerns you, drop the tincture in very warm water and stir well for one minute. This will serve to remove some of the alcohol. ... ...
