It would seem to me that ones that created the least heat (and thus degradation of the nutrients in the juice) while also retaining the valuable pulp would be best. ... ... Thanks for the info - I am glad to see I am on the right track. ... ... To your list of fruits I would also add dark grapesn (seeds, skins and all) and my favorite, pomegranate juice. ... ... I eat blueberries so often that I am surprised I have not turned blue at times. Or maybe green when you add in the carrots and supergreen foods. You don’t need to spend several hundred or even one hundred on a juicer . Most of the people promoting these juicers did’nt finish high school. I don’t think fruit is bad for your health. In general it is good to incorporate lots of fresh fruit in your diet, as I do. Where I have concerns about not going so heavy on the fruit is when someone is fighting cancer - because it is pretty much universally known that sugar feeds cancer. And no matter what form you get sugar in, be it refined white sugar, raw brown sugar, the fructose in fruits, maple syrup, sugar is still sugar and should be avoided or minimized when fighting cancer. Yes, I agree with the fact that fruits are simple sugars which feed cancers! You can get some great benefits from fruit juice (bio-flavs) but often times, people juice way too much fruit and not enough veggies. I have found that when I juice veggies, if you use the pulp you can add it to organic eggs for an omlette with great fiber :) No need to waste! Also, the best veggie to juice is actaully the beet greens or tops. While beets themselves have a high sugar content for veggies, the greens are extremely high in B Vitamins and other minerals. Just my 2 1/2 cents on the subject :) [End]

High carbohydrate, high fiber ,low fat ,high in vitamins diets are associated with lowered cancer risk. This is why Japanese people have a low rate of cancer . Fruit is not bad for you . It does’nt feed cancer. [End]

If you did, you would see that the post was from something on someones site, and the site is all info, and, at the end of the post, he talks about doing a liver and colon cleanse. So, no, I am not selling anything, I am just pointing people to a site that is relevant to healing. :) Please go back and read the post.
