        I’m so sorry to hear what you’re going through, I felt the same way. I remember not even wanting to go on. It’s one thing to be sick, but to be sick and not even be able to do anything about it is even worse. I remember thinking I would NEVER get better, but I did.             i dont take any meds, so i am doing once in a while with urine and sometimes with water.. i take cultured vegetables on daily basis and baccilus sporogenes.. as about the asthma, i hadnt have a attack since 7, today i had one. Since i have been fighting candida i am travelling back in time, i am having all my old illness, but once the die off pass, i fell so much better and go to the next new symptom.         Yes, it all sounds like me. I’ve been going too fast for too long and I think my body is just shutting down on me. Thanks for the recommendation. I will be reading up on some of those articles. I really need someone to lay it out to me in simple terms on where I need to start. I’m new to the ”natural healing” path and don’t know much about it.           I highly recommend looking into ayurvedic medicine, it is very individualized and takes the guess-work out of what type of diet to follow. Ayurvedic herbal supplements are very good at removing stress and correcting sleep patterns but you need to see an ayurvedic practitioner to get a proper diagnoses as to what is causing the problems.   [End]

      Do you think these symptoms could be the result of stress and anxiety? If not is there another event that could have triggered them? ... ... I would recommend going to the doctor with all your concerns and let them run whatever tests they want, if they don’t find anything wrong then it ”could” be stress related.       It looks a lot like AF to me. ... You should definitely look into it further. To start you can go to dr. Lam’s website first and read his articles. You don’t even have to buy the book to learn if you have AF or not because the book has more to do with recovery. ...     I reckon that I have made my situation worse since taking Ovex - Mebendazole, roughly 1 or 2 months a go. By making the stupid mistake of taking just one dose of it being just one pill and not taking it again. After taking it, I was seeing results, white chunks through my stools and then rice/almond looking white peices in my stools for a couple of weeks after. I really do want to, it’s just that it’d cost me £177 to have a stool analysis done and I don’t have that kind of money. I took a look at your link and 4 weeks, man a lot can happen in that time.       You listed alot of symptoms. The tachycardia and peripherial neuropathy was eventually helped by staying on the simplified methylation protocol from Rich Van Konynenburg. The tachycardia specifically was found to be related to potassium levels and magnesium levels. RVK has written some very informative posts on the pheonix rising website. I’m not a biochemist, so I don’t know the specifics. RVK linked inadequate minerals as being linked with some of the methylation problems.       You never mentioned what you eat or your digestive issues. if you are not having at least one good bowel movement daily with healthy well formed stools you are not healthy. What you have described is acidosis and acidosis causes disease such as cancer ,heart disease,arthritis, diabetes, and more. You must do something about the acids in the body.           Check out Dr. Robert Morse ND website on Youtube. Wonderful videos on helping with thyroid problems. Sounds like you have severe adrenal problems, cerebellum problems,and lymphatic congestion in the head area. His website has a wealth of knowledge.               You are so welcome! I learned of him from Dan the man McDonald on Youtube. Take some time and learn from Dr. Morse’ videos.. About 800. Put them on and learn how the body works and how most ”disease” are coming from lymphatic congestion, acidity, and lack of nutrients for cells. I’m trying to eat a high raw fruit and veggie diet.       Your body is highly acidic. I would recommend an alkaline diet and plenty of juicing along with a good colon cleanse with bentonite and pysllium. You will have some negative reactions at first and may even get sick but that will be a healing reaction as the acids and toxins exit the body. It is good you came here and no longer ingest the deadly acidic and dangerous drugs that do nothing but make it worse because drugs are acidic.         I would definitely start with the Lyme! My mother has Lyme and is working with a Lyme literate Dr. (after 3.5 years of extreme illness and not knowing what was wrong). We have learned that you just don’t get false positives. If you tested positive for it you then you have it. I would seek out a Dr. preferably a naturopath who is well versed in Lyme. They can be hard to find but well worth it. Have you had the test from Igenex lab with co-infections included?       You know, it is really hard to say. In my experience, true die off doesn’t really happen until one has been using something for a about a week and a half to a month, depending on the person and the substance. But, when we are sick with candida, many things with antifungal properties (and things without antifungal properties as well) when ingested can overtax the system, especially the liver, and cause symptoms that are confused with die off.           Thank you for your response! Those are all excellent points, and I’m sure there are a variety of deficiencies as well as a known Candida overgrowth problem. I’m wondering if that is the cause (or main cause) of this? My last pregnancy really threw my body into a tailspin and I’ve been dealing with a slew of health issues since, some known, others still undiagnosed.       To me it looks like you need more magnesium.That will lower your calcium give you some more energy and maybe even help immune system and candida. ... I’m not an expert, but from what I’ve read, Chlamyida Pneumoniae (”CP”), a bacteria (not a virus), can be very difficult to get rid of because of its ability to hide--some say even in the immune cells themselves.         Thanks fo youre reply. The test was stool and mouth swab. It came back with medium high levels candida albicans in the stool and yeast in my mouth even though there was no visilbe yeast/thrush got treatment Then got tested for yeast in the mouth and it was all clear and urine tested and blood iga levels recently was all good. I cut out dairy and gluten completly and my mucus has gone way down.... I seem to have hypersensitivity dairy or have developed an allergy to it.         I agree with Seattlek, especially about the diet part. I would not advise anyone to do 80% carbs unless when you say carbs, you mean vegetables? Fruit is full of sugar and bread/potatoes/starches turn into sugar. I’m NOT saying fruit and lets say sweet potatoes are bad. But I think each person will find a different diet that works for them...       I would strongly recommend going the nutritional balancing route. Take a look at Onward’s post and Marie64’s.         SO when this all started i had crippling fatigue. After i figured out it was stuff i was eating, specifically grains and wheat i began eliminating and started feeling much better. no longer did i need mid afternoon naps just to feel normal.               Yeah I’m kinda in your same boat about finding it difficult getting enough calories on low-fat/high-carb.                       Lots of bananas and dates. A moderate amount of apples even though, as you mentioned too, they aren’t recommended for Vata types -- I do like eating the seeds to dispel the myth they apples seeds will poison you! He squarely puts the blame on hybrid wheat, now grown world-wide almost exclusively because of its high yield. Wheat can cause a spike in glucose faster than white sugar. ... ...               A good thing to use is Borax not only for cleaning up but also internally to help get rid of fungus/mold.           I actually tried the ozone generator in my car and it seemed to work for the first few hours I drove it but all it did was kill the ODOR of the spores.       Make sure you use ARL for the hair analysis. ... ... It sounds to me like copper toxicity could be an issue for you - hopefully your hair test will shed some light on that.         Yes I talked to a few NB specialists before choosing this one and they all thought copper toxicity. My naturopath told me I had adrenal fatigue in August.               My theory on the Squalene is that it does not leave the body via means like chelation. I don’t think it’s a metal, as it’s found in different animals. Then they tweak it in the lab make it into a Frankenmonster kind of thing. It may have to be leached out somehow though.
