Sounds like your immune system dipped down, most likely due to the detox. Sinus/ear/throat problems are a pretty solid sign of an overwhelmed immune system. ... ... That’s just over the last two days though, when my throat has been so sore I can’t eat. I typically eat over 2500 - sometimes over 4000 a day - and my hands were still cold and I’ve had fatigue no matter how much/how little I eat. I struggle with overeating and have since I was a child. Feeling hungry is definitely a new thing for me. [End]

You can still eat 80-10-10 style doing grain-free. The original 80-10-10 is supposed to be raw, grain-free based on fruits as your staple for calories with leafy greens as the remainder. You can also use tubors (potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, yuca, etc) as a staple too. Yes - I was on antibiotics from 2 weeks old and pretty much every year since then until I was a teen. I had mono in 4th grade, went on a high carb / low fat diet all throughout high school and then birth control / fast food /caffeine in college. After having two kids my system is taxed out entirely. every time I’ve taken antibiotics, the infection will die out but I’ll end up with less and less energy. [End]

I have the same thing. Sore throat for over a year now, constant every day sinus pain over a year now. My phlegm tasts like sour salt water for over a year now, but noone knows what is causing it. i have been using the neti pot with salt water, it does nothing for me. [End]

If you want to stop the insanity of never knowing how to treat candida, try the McCombs Plan. He has a website, and he is here on Curezone (his forum is Ask the Candida Expert). I tried it and got rid of candida, and convinced three of my friends to do it and they’ve all had great results. For two weeks I have been taking virastop 3x a day, oregonal drops 3x a day and turkey tail 1x a day to try to beat the hpv virus. For a while I have also been taking vitamin d3 and vitamin c. I woke up today with sore through, sneazing I think I have the flu. Does this mean that these products are not working? Should I discontinue? My 9 yo son has a chronic cough that keeps getting worse. It started with a cold about 1.5 years ago. It was just a nagging cough initially that never cleared after a cold. I never thought much about it, but now it is a very frequent cough that is annoying for him and everyone around him. It seems the worst before bed time and initially upon waking up. He doesn’t cough while sleeping and it seems better during the middle of the day. There are no other symptoms. I’m at a loss as to what is causing this cough. The doctor is no help. If he doesn’t have a fever and not congested in his lungs, it doesn’t sound dangerous. Though you’ll never know for sure unless you see a doctor. Given that you are a PCT, you may be biased toward conventional medicine. I work in intensive care, but have become less of a believer in the status quo of medicine. I get sinus infections all the time, and when they are really bad and have turned into a true bacterial infection (white stuff on the tonsils) my throat feels like I have strep throat. The best thing for bronchitis that I have ever found is tincture of lobelia. Take two drops in some tepid or hot water, at least 1/3 cup and up to one cup. You should then produce mucus. If two drops don’t do it, go to three, but no more. You can repeat this dose every half hour if necessary. If you overdo the lobelia, you will throw up. But you will throw up tons of mucus. Do not repeat for a while if you throw up; you should not need to. Lobelia works like an expectorant, similar to Robitussin. If you tend to bronchitis, you should always keep some around. ... ...
