So called ”liver stones” from the liver flush I did last night after five days of prepping w/ a Dr. Schulze type liver cleanse, colon cleanse IF#1 & 2, lots of organic apple juice, NO Epsom salts, etc. These are representative specimens, from the largest to medium. First, it all depends on what you eat. Caloric intake is not very important, as long as you have enough for performing daily activities and allowing your body to run its daily tasks. Temporarily caloric restriction can be actually quite helpful, for example during a juice fast. But the most important is what kind of food you ingest. Highly nutritious foods (vegetables come first, second to that fruits) provide all the healing materials you need, and are easier to digest, optimizing assimilation of nutrients. The better quality of foods you ingest, the less calories you will need. ... ... But if ...

Activated charcoal adsorbs much of the toxins that Candida produces that otherwise would be absorbed by the blood and carried throughout the body. These toxins produce pathological changes in tissues and organs and interfere with proper immune function. Candida toxins cause allergic reactions and are responsible for the debilitating symptoms of Candidiasis. It can al ...

Thanks for the answer Uny! Activated charcoal is great no doubt. ... Although I have to say I am a bit skeptic, because charcoal definitly killed parasites on its own for me. Home Grown Garlic - What it looks like in the spring

This plot holds about 1000 cloves of two different varieties of straight-neck garlic. Photographed 4/30/2013. We’ve had a cold, miserable Spring. When the snow left, the garlic was just peeking through the straw mulch. Planted in mid-October, 2012, this will be harvested in mid-July, this year. Then it’s time to dig a new garlic bed because it’s not wise to plant in the same place more than a couple years in a row and this is, I think, the third in this spot, though we increased the size of the bed every year. From 70 cloves to about 450,to more than 700 and finally to the current just unde ...

http://curezone.com/upload/Members/Faces/New/Nettle_Soup_April_2013_800.jpg ... ... Nettle Soup with potatoes and carrots. It took several years to get a few good clumps of nettles (Urtica dioica) established here and there on the property. I grew the first plants from seed and it took a couple of years for them to establish healthy root systems. Once you have some good roots, it’s much easier to establish a colony of stinging nettles. It may also be a misdemeanor in your neck of the woods, but why let that stop you? Once established, Urtica is difficult to almost impossible to eradicate (Hoora ...

I agree! They are delicious. I have a large wild patch and snip them when they are about 8 inches out of the ground in the spring. I cook them like chard or spinach and dry a bunch too. I’ve never known anyone with a compromised/congested liver that starts doing ANY type of liver work (even a few CEs), that doesn’t have an immediate increase in gas and foul smelling bms.
