      First, it all depends on what you eat. Caloric intake is not very important, as long as you have enough for performing daily activities and allowing your body to run its daily tasks.     Hi Uny, I need to switch from IF#1 to something less irritating to my irritable bowel. Someone said Dr. Schulze has a milder one that is liquid. I will try it unless you know of something better.           You show obvious signs of gut flora imbalance, so really consider making homemade fermented foods, especially kefir. ... ... Acne and hair problems are directly candida related in my experience. Candida and parasites are very hard to eradicate with a compromised digestive system, you need to give your organs a rest from foods while adressing those issues, otherwise it’s almost like a snake biting his tail.             Yep I eat self-made raw kefir and rejuvelac. Plus I try to use some strong herb(s) all the time, now I’m juicing all kinds of wild herbs.. at least they’re abundant and free here where I live ... ...               I’ve found that the hardest thing to get rid of is liver parasites. They seem to get advantage of a weak liver and feed on bile. Also some of them can reproduce at an alarming fast rate, so you cannot take a rest from cleansing.   [End]

                I got more parasites out once when I did few ionic foot baths before flush.. seems that parasites don’t respond to herbs or urine therapy at all but candida yes, to some extent. ... ...     Hi All, ... I hope someone can answer my question. I want to go to a chiropractor to see if he can help me with sciatica. My question is whether it is necessary for them to do an x-ray in order to know how to treat me. The one I hope to go to also does acupuncture. I would rather not get x-rays because I am more sensitive than most to electromagnetic fields. I have had sciatica for several years which I believe is connected more to piriformis muscle than it is to spinal issues. I am just wanting to see a chiropractor first. I don’t really want any maneuvers or adjustments.       I would recommend reading the book called ”The Mindbody Prescription” by Dr. John Sarno. You can decide if his protocol could help you or not, but he has a very intelligent approach backed up by research to all types of pain. He mostly started with patients who had back pain, sciatica, disc issues etc.. and then found that his treatments were successful with a much broader range of painful conditions.   [End]

          I never tried wheatgrass fast, not even real wheatgrass juice. All I tried is wheatgrass powder. ... ... I fasted for many monthes actually. It saved my life really.       I agree! They are delicious. I have a large wild patch and snip them when they are about 8 inches out of the ground in the spring. I cook them like chard or spinach and dry a bunch too.         after much thought and consideration with a night’s rest, i have decided to extract her tooth...it is the last one top left side of her mouth...it is known that an infection had occurred to other patients and then an extraction has to perform...this tooth is not going to be in her mouth until 12yrs old so its best for her without the harmful crown or any other foreign substance in her teeth, and i will put spacers when she is a little older and will coorporate with the dentist   [End]

      I’ve never known anyone with a compromised/congested liver that starts doing ANY type of liver work (even a few CEs), that doesn’t have an immediate increase in gas and foul smelling bms.
