Hi everyone! I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on parasite cleanses like humaworm that I can get in Australia since i can’t get humaworm here. I recently had a stool test done because my digestive problems came back after a while of going gluten free and they found salmonella. I was surprised as I never had any issues with diarrhea or vomiting I mostly have bloating, gas, sometimes constipation and a very small appetite. I used to do the same all the time with my family, until it became apparent they wont listen until their health worsens. Specially the gluten its a real gut destroyer and they are clearly addicted. My brother Julio has dark circles below the eyes and he insists in thinkig he is such a healthy young boy that eats bread all day and has a lot of features of hypothyroidism like the shape and weight of his body. Food grade H2O2 in the US does not contain any stabilizers. The purpose of the stabilizers is to lessen the loss of oxygen ... but are not good to take internally. I would use the Tetramate-35 only externally. Food grade 35% H2O2 should be kept in the refrigerator to lower the loss of oxygen. FG 35% freezes at around -2 degrees so should not freeze in most freezers. You can usually tell if H2O2 has stabilizers in it by pouring a cap full of H2O2 in a glass of water if there is any color change then it has stabilizers. However, I’ve had to modify it based on some food intolerances that I have discovered throughout my journey trying to figure out how to overcome EC. The swelling may have cause the Eustachian tube to swell up and not be able to open and close. You need a lot of water with the charcoal. I wouldn’t! :) but for future reference, you may be able to find out from the grocer where exactly their fish comes from and then look up the area and see if it’s on the list of places to avoid. Mercury toxic places are often listed as health advisories. [End]

I read the 2 Hal Huggins books last month (I had my fillings out too) and I remember in one of them he did say after you’ve had your amalgams out that you will be more sensitive to eating fish with mercury afterwards and may have a reaction to it that normal people wouldn’t. He recommended avoiding any fish with mercury. Bummer. ... ... [End]

a large dose of probiotics can stop food poisoning bowel problems very quickly. 3 or 4 enteric coated probiotic caps will stop the gurgling and purging. 3 or 4 times a day. [End]

Not really! when there’s something bad that the body wants to get rid of fast, best to just let the body do its thing. Help it by drinking lots of good water, rehydrating drink, and leave it at that. Once symptoms fall away, you may want to give him some broth to replace electrolytes, or just the cleansing drink, and perhaps some probiotics. ... ... If it isn’t food poisoning, then the BRAT diet (banana, rice, applesauce...) is good for diarrhea, but if it’s bad bacteria or something then you don’t want to slow down that diarrhea, you want it all OUT of him. Hi Shelley. I hope you can help. My son says he still has diarrhea. Usually with breakfast and lunch, right after he eats, he gets pains and has to run to the bathroom. He’s taken the ACV cleansing drink every night. Would food poisoning last this long? Anything else he should do or should I send him to the doctor? I don’t want them prescribing antibotics. [End]

How many days has it been? Have you been feeding him the ”brat” diet? Does he have any manifestations of a flu/virus type infection, such as swollen lymphs under his jaw, what’s his temerature? ... ... If he’s not feeling lightheaded or dizzy you don’t need to see the doc yet, but you DO need to find out what’s going on exactly. Food poisoning should only last a day or two. After that there’s probably more going on than food poisoning, unless it’s a really bad food poisoning like salmonella (oh dear). Did he eat restaurant chicken before this started happening? [End]

Well, it’s been since the 21st. No swollen lymphs and temperature is normal. He won’t eat the BRAT (hates bananas and applesauce. He says he’s not lightheaded or dizzy and feels fine if it wasn’t for the diahrrea. It’s just that when he eats, he’ll get cramps and then has to go. He’s better at supper, he’ll get cramps and most time just get gas. I’ve been giving him 1/4 tsp of Lactobacillus acidophilus (DDS strain that’s in a powder form). I also have some Vita-biotics with SBO’s (reishi, *beauty* aki, astragalus, schizandra, blue-green algae, lactobacillus complex and Bifido-bacter ... [retrieve this message]

Interesting! Is he eating any dairy products? See if you can figure out if only particular foods are annoying his digestion, or whether it’s EVERYthing. ... ... It’d be an excellent idea to make sure he takes in SOMEthing that is bulk-forming. If he doesn’t want bananas and apples, try to get him to take in some whole or powdered flax seeds, or make him pancakes with a good whole-grain flour, from scratch, let the batter sit awhile in the fridge so the milk breaks down the flour a bit, and then cook. I forgot to add...he figures it started when he ate some tuna that had been in the frigdge for about four days. It was one of the canned ones that I had opened and made a sandwich and there was some leftover, which I put into a plastic storage container along with the water that was in the can. [End]

Tuna should be limited to once a week at the very most, and for kids preferably just once or twice a month, as some tuna is too contaminated with mercury, unfortunately. ... ... Sorry Shelley. I guess I’m not explaining myself right. I’m the one that had the tuna first and he finished it off four days later. It never bothered me so I’m not quite sure why it bothered him. He’s 21, so it’s not like his system is fully developed. I gave him 1/2 tsp of acidophilus here before lunch along with a capsule of the probiotics. He says he’s not as bad. If I can’t find kefir (I’m in a small town) is there an alternative? [End]

No, I got you. :) 4 days is long enough for it to go bad, I just wanted to warn about tuna intake in general. :) ... ... If you can’t find kefir (actually, regular grocery stores, Ralph’s at least, is starting to carry a good brand) just keep up with the acidophilus. You mentioned a couple other things, those are probably okay too. :) [End]

Hi Shelley. I thought I would let you know that since the last email I have given him 1/4 tsp of acidophilus twice a day and 3 capsulses of probiotics each day. He has greatly improved. No diahrrea and just a few cramps in the morning. Must of be some kind of bug! [End]
