I started oilpulling this week with 4 drops of iodine. The oil is still white when I spit it out, so I know I'm absorbing it. I just haven't noticed any Kodak moments yet related to it. I know it's probably working somewhere, doing some good. I also have taken more Iodine internally yesterday and today and I definitely noticed improvements. But With oil pulling the effect always seems more subtle unless I add peppermint oil. Then va va voom. Has anyone noticed any effects from oil pulling with iodine in your oil and if so how many drops? Thanks.
