That is encouraging, yes i've only done 4 flushes so far and the first one left me feeling better, the last 3 have made me an irritable mess, but there are moments of mellowness that give me a hint of what is to come. I was bad before I started flushing, and the moodiness along with my food intolerances are my reasons I looked into flushing, but it feels much worse now. I have been doing about 2-3 coffee enemas in between flushes in hopes that they will hold me over and they do help but they are very hard to do when there's no one to watch the young one, so it requires a very patient partner (who is already overworked).
this last flush i got some chaff for the first time so i think it's a sign that sludge or more chaff are on their way. i feel stuff moving around in there now, liver feels a bit tight.

yes Yes and YES! i have all of that. thanks so much for your response, it means a lot to me, like a thread to hold onto. there's not much time to devote to a good workout, it's more like bending over and hurting my back making sure he doesn't get into trouble. i do push a heavy buggy long distances so i get a good walk but it is a strain on the upper body to push, not quite the relaxing exercise i need. he's at the 'testing his parents' phase where he does everything he is not supposed to do and as patient a person as i was before having a baby, this is a real test of character and mine is falling to pieces. today i yelled at him a few times already (and it's early) and he stepped behind me and rubbed my back as if he knew i was going through a tough time. children are amazing, very perceptive and loving. if he starts to mirror me we're in big trouble!
i look forward to getting through LF #6! just in time for the holidays (early december it will be) and my sister's visit from the california. i'm in europe now so it hasn't been an easy time adjusting to the big move away from everything i know and being a first time parent all in one shot. that and growing up (first 5 yrs of life) with alcoholic father, a lot is surfacing. having food intolerances i do not absorb nutrients too well either. on the flip side, there's so much to look forward to when i see more improvements. already i can eat eggs better than i could prior to flushing, and my period became regular after the first flush, was irregular for many months prior. my productivity has improved as well.
