Hello ladies!!

I have been a lurker on this board for quite some time now. About a year ago, I did my first 12 day water fast. I stumbled across this site and found it extremely helpful, and i went on to lose 20lbs during that time....I have started another water fast today as a way to clean my system and lose the excess weight I have gained. I have had a really tough year and I think I allowed myself to basically give up on ME! Well,...now I feel ready to take action and control my life and horrible eating habits..I am using this water fast as a spring board towards healthy eating & a healthy body....When I got off the fast last year,..I was 135 lbs, energetic & healthy...That lasted about 2-3 months..I then quickly gianed back all the weight and then some..Too many nights feeling sorry for myself (recently divorced) & drowning my sorrows in food.
I am hoping that this board will allow me to take accountability of my actions as I plan on posting daily...
And to all you posters out there,..YOU are all incredibly inspiring & help me to believe I may actually conquer my issues & take control for good!
