Re: Panic Away

I would like to believe my agoraphobia could be cured with food. I eat almost a low glycemic diet anyway. I am so desperate at the moment I am going to strive to improve it.
I really need help.
I can't afford panic away but if I knew 100% it was going to change my life I would find the money.
If anyone here has cured agoraphobia please let me know your story.
I need to hope.
There is so much information out there about this kind of diet. Where can I find one that just lists every meal because I haven't got the energy to think and plan?
