Re: Anybody suffer from ''MUSCLE TWITCH''?

man...do I ever. All day is usually filled with random twitches involving muscles in the thighs, calves, biceps, chest...the most recent main offender has been the temple areas. For the past two days my right temple has been (visibly) twitching every few minutes...it's happened before for days (even weeks) with my eyelid as well. So very annoying.

I've tried increasing magnesium / calcium, etc. to no real avail. I also suffer from very uncomfortable abdominal issues including colitis, lots of gas / bloating everyday and poor digestion. I've also tried enzymes wich haven't seemed to help all that much either.

I've bought the humaworm product to see if that will give me any results. I'm starting to really think it's candida / parasite related (I've been on antibiotics for a year at a time) Haven't started it yet though, as I'm a bit worried about die-off / healing crisis and how it will interfere with my work and studies.
