Day 1 Fat Fast

So today I will be starting the fat fast.. For my first meal I will have 2 ounces of cream cheese, then 2 meals of macadamia nuts (nine in each meal.. this is while I am at work.. (1000 cals a day)5 200 calories meals
my starting Weight is 173lbs
I am going to do this for 5 days, then move on to up my calories and meals to 5 250 calorie meals and do that for 3 days, then start a clean atkins induction for 2 weeks..

I will keep everyone posted on here because Since I am eating I do not consider this a fast, but since im eating high fat, very low carb, with restricted calorie intake, im guessing this would be a Ketosis fast!

Wish me luck, it is very hard for me to lose weight.. (my last 5 day fast juice/water/tea) I didn't lose any weight.
So I am hoping this works, its so very hard for me to lose weight, after years and years of yoyo dieting...
