this does not sound good, anytme you have active bleeding, if it is red that would indicate is from lower gi tract, if is black that would indicate upper gi tract,
so if there is pain in lower I would stop the formula, and back off for few days,
you may consider getting a medical opinion here, but whenever I had gastro inflamation or bleeding I would always use the L-glutamine pwdr mixed in rice milk
and also I would add some amino acid complex in caps or tabs, this has a way of quickly repairing the digestive tract lining,
but yes, if a hookworm has to let go it can create a hole in your gut, and can
cause naseau and discomfort for up to 3 months, I had 1 about 3 ft long rip a hole
in my gut and I was very ill for 3 months, so just back off for a while until
you are better,
PS. also there is no way you will totally illiminate parasites in 30 days, it can take several yrs and repeated treatments,
