Tiredeness...

It's odd because i've tried already, as you suggested cutting out different foods for several days. what i found from doing this was infact that i was not allergic to any - no negative reaction whatsever - not even a rise in blood pressure! I feel like im getting more and more desperate each day, because all of the typical signs of the ulcerative colitis have gone for me, but i feel constantly fatigued, every day. it's really weird, even when i do very little i feel just as tired. this resulted in me giving up my job 2 months ago.. i was just feeling too tired.i go on a gentle walk each day for exercise... if any one out there has any experience of chronic fatigue with colitis please get in touch with me: strong.jamie@gmail.com

I am desperate to end this tiredness because it is ruining my life. It seems not the diet, no meds. no supplements can help me. do you think colonic cleansing could be the answer to just clear my system out of any bacteria or stuff?
