Hi mh and just wanna say im gratefull for finding your forum.
you see everything you say about the whole natural approach is true!!
Ive been reading your posts and am learning so much.
ive been saving the tangerine peels and drying them in the sun and making the most refreshing yummy tea.
Also have you heard of the dokudami plant..
Im staying in Japan at the moment and its grown wild here, you can pick it from the side of the road..its like a weed.
Well any way dokudami is famous for getting rid of poisions in the body and cleansing the kidneys.
ninja were known to use the tea as it has zillions of nutrients in it.
well the point is ive been here all this time and spent soo much money from buying store bought stuff when the answer is outside my front door in the garden and in nature.

Reading the post about the rassberry leaf tincture and what a con it is has got me thinking about how much money we waste on crappy, weak potions.
And you are right about the laws of nature and how you cant beat them...thats so true..so im gonna go with them ...the barefoots way,
