Newport ???

Newport, I went over and over the information posted a few months back about the niacin and dicussed with Trapper about my (rare) weight gain after starting iodine. So I picked up the no-flush nicotinic acid. I took 500mg and it drove me nuts with itching. I lost 4 pounds overnight but eventually this shot back up when I started iodine. After my 3rd dose of this nicotinic acid I had no flush reaction.

I then tried the cheap niacin and had no reaction (I understand this type is not recommended). Now I am 1/2 way through my IP6 with inositol and everything seems to increase in intensity. I tried the cheap niacin this week and nearly went insane with itching that I had to go take a bath to get it to stop.

I also had some JCrows spiced apple cider mix with 1/2 shot of rum and only made it through two sips and felt drunk. My thinking is that the IP6 is causing everything I take to intensify. My understanding is that I need to take the inositol hexaniacinate after I finish IP6 and iodine. Then I take 1000mg IH for a few weeks and then start back onto Iodine and this might balance out my weight issue with iodine.

Am I making sense?
