You're so right Pattiecake! The last several responses were what I was looking for. I know the leaders of this forum get tired of always giving long responses, and I totally understand that. This is a free service they all do, and I know they get tired of always answering all the questions, especially when a lot of them are repeats or very similar in nature. I've done a lot of my own reading but sometimes all the conflicting information gets overwhelming and I just want a little confirmation that I'm on the right track especially when I'm still on the part of the road that's dark with no sign of light ahead yet. I am thankful like you said Trapper that there is so much good information easily available now that was hard to attain not so long ago. And, I feel bad that I felt the need to bug you all with my fearful questions :), but hey I feel better now, and I'm ready to continue on with my high doses of iodine. I'm off now to decrease my ignorance load :)!
