Don't remember exactly but my best guess is 5-8 drops twice a day. I have been taking 16 drops twice a day, with a good amount of breaks, at least one day out of seven, sometimes more, for at least three months now. I have gone higher than that but only for short periods.Forum: Iodine Supplementation
