I was diagnosed with C.Diff 2 days ago. I do feel like you, one thing after another. To answer your question pretaining to minimizing the cramps, either over the counter Donnatol or perscription Levsin. Levsin is used to treat cramps and irritable bowel syndome. It is surely helping me. In addition, I am using COLONIX, and it is working. I am on day four and clearly see the "strands" expelled each time I have a movement. I really didn't want to go on antibiotics but with this, I have found there may not be another way. I am on Metronidazole (Flagyl) 500mg and now Vancocin 125mg. I am searching out the collodial silver right now. It is known to fight this monster off.
