I just started with MMS in the morning and have cut down the LB17 to two at night. So far I have felt better as this seems to have helped my stuffed up head after only a couple of days. My constipation problem is still about the same, but I am going very slowly so far. If you aren't familiar with MMS, it is worth checking out.
