I can so much relate to your confusion about the diet... the whole candida diet is so non-sensical in the fact, that it limits your intake of just about ALL the fruits... yes, they do contain sugar, but they are one of the best living nourishing things you can put in your body.


Here is an excerpt from my favorite article on MMS:

"Once you have completed step 3 above most of the viral, bacteria, mold, and yeast load will be gone from your body. Your body will be clean.

You no longer have to worry about feeding the microorganism load. You can base you diet on nutrition, rather than NOT FEEDING the load.
You won’t have to worry about the pancreas over reacting thus giving you a shock of insulin. Instead it will give you just enough insulin to knock the blood sugar lever to the right level (You won’t feel sleepy after eating a candy bar).

The bottom line is, once the MMS clear enough "bad guys" out of your system, you will no longer crave the junk food, and can base you diet on a sensible approach that works for you. And in my book, that would be plenty of "live" food - fruits, vegetables, and yes, even the rice, or some breads, or pastas... as long as those are in moderation...
So I would include all that in my diet even right now, knowing that the MMS will do it's job along the way.

I am pretty sure your body will be good enough compass to let you know, what it desires, and what makes it feel good.
