Re: detoxing

Detox is complicated. You can get the craziest things.
Last week my ankle was acting up, I got the same when I did Iodine and a lot of people got it.
This last week my left arm was aching later my right and top of the shoulder.
To-day I felt so tired and cold and crawled in bed.Now I assume a lot of these things are detox but you can give it normal reasons too.
My arms and shoulder could have been from working out on the machines. The cold because I did not sleep enough the night before and had gotten up early to get to my 7 am work out.
I had a day my jaws were hurting when I opened my mouth wide. Always these little things. Not the obvious D and V, at least we know what that means.


The easiest thing is to blame it on detox and keep going. I must say I have not been in the greatest mood either and try to stay cool through all this.
