Anyone out there with pain in rib cage?

I just wanted to let you all know that I check these posts often. If anyone wants to discuss this condition, go ahead and post and I will respond. I have some experience as a chronic sufferer (meaning that no other conditions can explain my pain).

My pain is definitely on the outside of my ribcage. There appears to be inflammation on the bottom of my right ribs. Sometimes this goes all around to my back. I've had ultrasounds (2) and MRI's and the Doctors are now throwing in the towel and saying that I must be truly rare. I don't have any liver problems, and my gallbladder is fine.

I find it very hard to wear a bra!
