Perhaps if those not fully understanding why people fast,would take the time to read the books,THE FASTING CURE,by UPTON SINCLAIR and SCIENTIFIC FASTING by DR. LINDA BURFIELD HAZZARD. They would quickly see the many,many benifits of fasting. The wonders that it does for the body is almost unbelievable. Yet many studies, prove beyond any doubt the good that comes from fasting. Encourage your friends and unbelivers to see for themselves the better health to be gained from fasting. Fasting was one of the first things used for improved health hundreds of years ago.
As a nation we no longer want to read and make decisions on our own,we perfer that someone else tell what is best for us,without ever checking it out,even to our own detriment.
