Day VI, by MH

I guess this is Day 6 or so, I feel absolutly no differant than I did 6 days ago, not one hunger pain, but I did catch my self eating a plate of dinner rolls with lots of BUTTER in my dream this morning!!!!!!!!

Would it not be WILD, if we humans could eat inside our dreams and satisfy our MIND and while awake feel FAT and HAPPY???????????????????????

Regardless, this fast has been the simpleist to date, so I know for a 100% fact, it is ALL MENTAL, including the weight loss.

I have loss less and less weight with each fast.

WHY???????????????

Because my NERVES are getting STABLE and less FEARS and thus my NERVES are NOR EATING MY BODY UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think in another year or 2 I may be able to write the FIRST REAL FASTING BOOK, because I have NEVER EVER read a advanced fasting book with explainations, I am coming to the conclusions that many of these so called fasting expert authors of the past were just making books for a fast BUCK $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

I never in my wildest dreams would have believed I could go 6 days with no foods and not experience the first sign of hunger, my public school/tv/radio education would have never trained me to accept such foolishness. I rember the days when day I caused PANIK!
