Hi! Thanks for the advice. I ordered the Sun chlorella yesterday. :)

It was interesting to think of what may have triggered being unwell. I really don't know about my early childhood, but I started having the migraines at age 12 which is also when my mom had a nervous breakdown and spent the next 5 years basically in her room (by her choice). I pretty much had to raise my younger siblings all that time. Also, my dad traveled a lot for work so I had to keep mom together as well. It was not an easy time.

The bulk of my issues began about 7.5 years ago during the end of my pregnancy with my 2nd child. I very specifically remember starting to feel badly and it has just gotten worse since then.

We also realized in 2006 that the house we had lived in for 2 years was saturated with toxic black mold inside all the walls and crawlspace. Even the air was full of it! Eek! That probably doesn't help either. When the mold thing happened we had to move out of that house and in with my parents- the same house I lived in for all those bad years. I was back in my old room only this time I brought along a husband and 4 kids! We didn't have a lot choice though as our insurance would not cover mold so it was a total loss. We stayed there for 16 months.

I haven't spent much time thinking about all that, so that is good. I really don't harbor a lot of bad feelings toward my mom, and feel like I made peace with that part of my life last year. Even so, I think I still have a fear that I too will fall completely apart and be unable to deal with my family, and the anxiety I have felt the last couple of years makes that fear all the more real. Still, I think that with a healthy body and a lot of prayer things can turn out different than they did for her.

It would probably be good to explore these things further though. Thanks for leading me to think of it.
