another bingo! learning to read your eliminations is a major key to controlling your health. a bit drastic for most, but cant argue the outcome. i use smell to determine what is going on. yes, like a dog, i go sniffing when i pee and poop. both used to be bombs but now that just doesnt happen. urine is a fascinating topic and critical in self health.
