Well the big difference with Mac and PC is PC's are made by MANY different companies. Not to mention their parts are made by MANY different companies. There is so much variety with the PC's but even with all the variety I'm yet to find one that doesnt crap out in one year maybe two. Apple controls their market, you can not sell a mac with out being approved by them and you can NOT sell a mac for less than the value they sell it as. So in other words there is very little room for price manipulation when it comes to Mac's. I can't really tell if Apple is indeed a good corporation, I dont think there is any such thing personally. Never the less they make very nice computers that are not available every where but they do every thing you need them to do except play most video games, which I doubht you would care about. So if you really decide to get a new computer, deeply consider a Mac. If you did get a Mac I could create some videos for you to learn it quickly.
