Is it okay to clean tongue before swishing oil and also after swishing oil and then clean the teeth?

I thought you had to have ozonated water on empty stomach and also take any supplements, food after 1/2 an hour or so. But you state that you take your morning tonic before ozone water.. Is that okay? I could mix apple cider, cayenne pepper, salt and some black strap mollases in may be 1/4 oz of water (does it have to be ozonated water? or filtered water) and then drink 8 oz of ozonated water?

At the moment I am drinking 1/2 tsp of tumeric with 8 oz water and then 1/2 an hour later drink 1/2 glass of cabbage rejuvenac (was on antibiotics so am trying to replace my flora) and 1/2 hour later have breakfast (add blackstrap molasses to it, love it). I could substitute tonic drink for tumeric and am wondering what I will do with rejuvenac when ozonator arrives... Could I still drink that? I am getting a bit confused now...

Will appreciate your assistance in figuring this out... I guess I will stop rejuvenac in few weeks time...
