Thanks Prettysoulful. Point well taken. I have just been very interested in the "blood-type" subject. I do not know very many people personally that have this particular blood type. I do know it is very rare. I did want some feed back from someone that is AB-. I have adjusted my eating according to the blood type diet and have found that it does seem to have a positive effect on my body. I suggest you look into that if you haven't already.
