No special advice, other than the usual mantra, which I am sure you have read here repeatedly:

: take it slow and increase dose gradually
: hydrate (and a LOT!)
: include some good green powder in your diet (you can also put in your water)

good point to keep in mind is to be patient, and to not demand overnight miracles
(but of course be prepared to receive them and be grateful when they happen)
