ok... take a tsp of pure arm and hammer soda from the local grocery store, and put it in 3 cups of water. Drink this once in the morning and once at night.

after one week cut the baking soda down to half a teaspoon.

I personally add food grade hydrogen peroxide to the mixture, about 20 drops. But if you do 20 drops off the bat you will hurting bad... start off with about 3 drops then work your way up to 20.

It works wonders!
