Being on magnesium (whether oxide, hydroxide or sulfate) for a long time is far worse that taking too many enemas.

What kind of enzymes are you taking on an empty stomach?

First I would consider stopping all laxatives (magnesium) and making sure that you have the correct diet for you. If you have candidiasis then by all means be on a candidiasis diet. If you get constipated during this time then by all means take saltwater enemas as often as every other day. Two quarts or liters warm saltwater enema will help relieve constipation.

Make sure that you drink a lot of water. Very important.
