Dentist visit

Just got home from the dentist... I have been oil pulling for about six weeks (I think, I do not keep good track of time) and using my tooth powder, Terramin clay, Real Salt and baking soda, since just before my last visit six months ago; NO TOOTH PASTE. Keep in mind that just a year ago I was going to the dentist every three months for cleanings because I would develop so much build up on my teeth that it would take the hygienist an aggravating hour to clean my teeth.

Here is what happened:

Dental hygienist: Wow, your gums look really healthy
Dentist: your whole mouth looks great, Cool!

I asked about the tooth enamel as some have questioned the use of my tooth powder and they stated the teeth look to be in great shape. They did not reference the enamel directly, I should have pressed, but I did not.

The cleaning was the least painful and quickest I have ever had (about 15 minutes)... a little build up in amongst some very crooked lower teeth, however this was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the build up I was getting even after three months just a year ago.

In addition, this was my first visit since I can remember where my gums did not bleed all over the place... NO BLEEDING AT ALL! WOO HOO!

I believe my dietary changes also have a lot to do with this improvement as well, but after the visible improvements in my oral health from swishing and the confirmation of this visit, I believe in this oil swishing and the tooth powder 100%.
