WOW this is so weird! i have mostly the same problems as you.. KP on upper arms and acne, but no gray hairs and im only 15. i am currently oil pulling and using calcium Bentonite clay masks (today is first day for CB use). i have been oil pulling since june off and on and have seen a 50% reduction in my KP on my upper arms but no reduction in acne. i am currently "wearing" my first calcium bentonite face mask and am going to take it off in a few minutes. ill post here again if i can find the thread afterwards. oh, and two weeks isn't enough time to see results. even if your condition gets worse or irritation takes place, keep pulling!
