After an initial increase in energy on MMS, the last few days I have been really struggling. I went back to gym two weeks ago and I even started to think that my CFS was relapsing cause I had overdid it. I just don't know. Been very tired the past couple of days. Went to gym yesterday, but going to give it a miss today. I know that MMS makes me very sleepy at night, but seems to be keeping me sleepy during the day lately.

And I haven't increased my dose at all.
