I was wondering, if you 1/2 cup of water does that mean that you spray very little into your nose and then just save the remaining liquid for the next days use? How long will MMS stay active? IOW, what is the shelf life of the MMS, Activator, and water combination?

On another subject...
I am new to using MMS. I have not been able to take more that two drops per day (since starting a week ago) without my chronic insomnia becoming more acute that usual.
Anyone have any suggestions?
