My sister has been doing OP for 3 months now and has gone down from 300 units of insulin to 270 per day. Her doctor is amazed and says she is looking better and her general health has improved. She is starting to feel her feet instead of pins & needles. She says that she plateaus and then starts to go down. sort of unsettling because her blood sugar starts dropping so much she has to scramble and back off the OP a bit until she gets it figured out.
