All of your symptoms sound like you may
be dehydrated which could be precipitated
by the detoxing with the pads too. I would
suggest sipping water more frequently
during your day and adding 1/4th tsp of
Sea Salt to each liter of water you drink.

You may also switch your oil to sesame to
