Oh this drink is awesome!!
Let me start off by saying that overall I feel great. Sleep is improved, mood is
improved, bowel movements are after every meal (used to go days) feel much

I am doing the drink but I have increased my lime to 2 tablespoons. The kelp
from Frontier has still not arrived after a month (I called them and they are
sending me another) but I was eating the kelp and opening capsules to get the 1
teas. I am drinking it once in the morning and once at night.
My only complaint is the digestion. Still gassy but Rome wasn't built over
night. It took me a long time to get to this place in my health so I don't
expect it to be fixed overnight! My overall diet has always been good but I
think I am more conscience now so it is even better! Lots of fruits and
vegetables. I even pay attention to the winter vegetation and I live in New
York.
I also want to mention that my 14 year old daughter was feeling anxious and
stressed out. She goes to an extremely hard prep school and the work was getting
to her. I made her the drink in the morning before school and she started asking
for it! She said "Mom what was in that drink, it really makes me feel good!"
This from a teen-ager who has no idea about health.
As stated in previous posts, I have genetic breast cancer in my family. My mom
had it at 40, her sister at 29 (she passed at 40) and I had DCIS at 28. Health
is my priority. I feel like this is the only place that keeps it simple. I
really believe in what ML has to say and read his posts everyday to learn. I
know I can stop this "genetic problem" with my daughter if I can turn her body
around for the better. The good thing is that even at her young age, she has the
absolute best diet. She is on the right track. I will teach her how to make her
own drink so she can teach her kids. I am giving it to her now so her body stays
healthy so not to go through what I did (mastectomy with DCIS.... that is a
different story).
ML I wish I could meet you in person. You are a blessing and everyone here would
agree that it is appreciated the message you send.
After all this, one question......should I increase the lime to see if the
digestion gets better?
Answer by Moreless: Your vegetables may contain too much Funny Protein(NPN)?
You may need to try several things?
Some good probiotics before each meal to make sure your stomach is able to do it's job !
Maybe some butter milk with some Wild Raw Honey of Top Quality, not regular Refined Honey !
Some Lemon juice or ACV with your meals to improve your Digestion?
And if the Vegetables and Fruit are Poor Quality with NPN, then maybe dice them up and soak them overnite in the refrigerator in water with some 3% peroxide to stop the NPN and then drain the water off before using to eat!

Your question: Thank you so much for your response. I also wanted to add that my father is doing this as well, as age was starting to get to him (68) and he is noticing his sleep and mood is better. He was feeling a little depressed (I think he gets affected by the lack of sunlight) and he feels better.
I do take probiotics sometimes but I prefer to eat my homemade yogurt as I think that tends to help. I was doing ACV for a long time with my meals and I sort of think that was one of the reasons my digestion got worse?? I was taking it for candida reasons but it seems I got really gassy after that. I actually do better with your drink. It is just that from time to time I am really gassy. I have buttermilk and refined honey in my house. Just mix a little up and drink it?
The honey I buy is fabulous. It is raw from Savannah Georgia. Dr. Williams recommends it. So, the products are here, just tell me how to use it! Thanks in advance ML!
Answer: When one uses any Probiotics, one should try to get one with a High count of Both Acidophilus & bifidus !
Also Yogurt may make one more Acidic and may not supply all of the needed Digestive bacteria !
Because Yogurt is Bacteria Specific and the Digestive system needs more than just one kind of Bacteria for proper Digestion of Different foods !
AVC is a fermented product, which if one takes too much of it for too long of a time, it may Cause some Digestive problems by the action of it being a fermented product !
But, many times one may do very well by using some ACV with different meals, just not with every meal using a lot with each meal !
You wrote that you have Refined Honey, was it a miss print, for one does not want to use Refined Honey, but use Raw Honey instead of the Best quality one can get!
Listen to what your body tells you and how you feel after eating Different foods, and when your body tells you that you Feel bad, then Learn to Stop eating those foods and or combination of foods !
