Now let's move on to where I am right and where you are wrong:

In the first year on the chart, 1949, there were 949 measles deaths reported and an attack rate of 420 per 100,000.  Eighteen years later, measles deaths had declined to 261 and the attack rate was down to 104 per 100,000. Just as I said.

A shared bath once weekly was used an illustration of comparative sanitation.  There could be many more given, some of which might contribute more than others to the spread of infectious diseases.  Shared towels and wash cloths, shared tin ladles for drinking well water as opposed to individual glasses used to drink water from indoor plumbing, etc.  The point is improving sanitation.

Another consideration would be stronger immune systems due to better access to a wider variety of food and produce during those same years.

For whatever reasons it is abundantly clear that measles deaths had declined tremendously BEFORE the advent of vaccinations and, try as you might to twist the figures, you can not get away in this forum with trying to give vaccinations the credit for the historical decline.

And just so the record is straight - I have never said that vaccinations have had NO effectiveness at all.  I just think that honest examinations, as opposed to mainstream propaganda, indicate that by and large they are marginally effective and given all the side effects and dangers of putting such evil concoctions in our bodies that the harm far outweighs the benefits for most vaccines - especially in populations that have the benefits of modern sanitation.  Outside of you and one or two other mainstream troll tools, I would say almost the entire rest of CZ agrees.

OK, I have defended my take on math.  Now let's see you try to wiggle out of your bogus take on math when you quoted the figures from Wikipedia without pausing to compare them to the actual CDC figures and declining death rate trend that anyone not wearing mainstream blinders can clearly see in the chart.

"The first 20 years of licensed measles vaccination in the U.S. prevented an estimated 52 million cases of the disease, 17,400 cases of mental retardation, and 5,200 deaths."

As I noted earlier - those figures assume a steady rate over the 20 year period of 260 deaths per year without vaccinations, but that is clearly bogus because it ignores the huge decline that had happened for the previous 18 years on the chart.

It is typical of you troll tools to try to grab one scrap to attack and ignore the parts of a post you don't want examined and cannot defend.  It is also typical of you to nevertheless get your pork rump handed back to you even on the single item you choose to debate.

Would anybody like a slice of roast pork?  I think it is well done now.
